Can you introduce yourself and the Musk Knights Club project?
Alex: Thanks for having me 🙂
First I want to say hi to Town Ventures Community!
My name is Alex I have been in the crypto space for more than I can remember 🙂 working alongside various crypto projects and exchanges. Our team is specialized and earned different skills from working in top tech companies prior to joining the project.
Musk Knights Club is a DAO-managed decentralized VC investment club. The original intention here is to promote decentralized investment through DAO, mainly projects endorsed by Elon Musk. This platform allows anyone to increase their investment capacity and free people from WEB2 with a spirit of scientific research and innovation like Elon Musk. Of course, in addition to Elon Musk-related projects, we will also invest in other WEB3-related projects.
All Musk Nightclub monetary funds will be invested after voting through community proposals, and the proceeds generated will be returned to participants in the autonomous DAO community. At the same time, the Musk knights club will also create its own NFT, and the NFT trading platform, which includes NFT minting, loan, and other functions, users who own the DAO governance token-knights (KNT) have the NFT priority to MINT, challenge institutions and break traditional investment methods.

What services does Musk Knights Club provide to users?
Alex: DAOs are internet-native organizations collectively owned and managed by their members. They have built-in treasuries that are only accessible with the approval of their members. Decisions are made via proposals the group votes on during a specified period.
A DAO works without hierarchical management and can have many purposes. Before moving on, it’s important to distinguish a DAO from an internet-native organization.
As mentioned above, a DAO is an organization where decisions get made from the bottom-up; a collective of members owns the organization. There are various ways to participate in a DAO, usually through the ownership of a token.
Our users or community are 2 types:
- Gentleman
Gentleman is responsible for proposing project proposals (while they will lose voting rights). The gentleman needs to hold the official NFT, and the official will sell 100 NFT blind boxes in the form of NFT blind box sales, which means that there will be 100 gentlemen in the Musk knights club, and NFT is a symbol of identity.
2. Warrior
Knights Token holders are called warriors, and the Musk Knight Club (DAO) grants voting powers within the platform to its token holders. The more Knights the user possesses, the greater the decision-making power a voter gets. Warriors also benefit from internal incentives.
So, to benefit from privileges, the community Warriors only needs to hold tokens.
Hence, Gentleman and Warrior are both the DAO’s community members, but the above weight division is to prevent large households from maliciously voting and interfering with the project. The community voted on Christianity and is an investment research department against community proposals.
Cherry: So,Can you briefly describe your past project partnerships and upcoming partnerships?
Alex: We are discussing with several parties at the moment to get the best out of collabs. We have reached cooperation with well-known institutions in the United States and Singapore will be announced after the fundraising is completed
Cherry: What makes the Musk Knights Club project stand out from other projects in the same direction at the moment?
Alex: Musk Knights Club (DAO) Governance
Knights Tokens play an essential role in the governance of the Musk Knights Club. System-level management is achieved through the selection of bold proposals by voters. An active Proposal is an intelligent contract enhanced by a Vote for gaining root access to modify the Musk Knights Club’s internal governance variables. Members of the DAO possess proposal and voting power and are highly encouraged to benefit from these powers by contributing to the community. The DAO is governed exclusively through the voting procedure. Each proposal needs to pass through the whole Proposal Circuit before it can be implemented and integrated into the Network.
Proposal Circuit
Initiation Stage
Gentleman (NFT Holder) may submit an off-chain proposal. The member should post the submission to the Musk Knights Club (DAO) forum to the respective category.
The proposal shall include:
● Short title
● A short description of the proposal
● The reasoning behind the proposal
Discussion Stage
After the proposal is published, the next stage facilitates an initial, informal discussion on the Forum regarding potential proposals. It allows community insight for refinement before opening a formal poll.
All comments and feedback to the proposal shall be carefully considered and addressed by the submitter of the proposal. The submitter may also consider amending the proposal regarding the words and putting it in a new discussion.
Besides, the proposal may include a poll on the forum, which has no decisive power. However, it allows the community to follow whether a rough consensus regarding the proposal has been reached.
Formal Voting
If the submitter believes there is a rough consensus regarding the proposal, the Snapshot poll must be created. Snapshot is a simple voting interface that allows users to express their opinions through off-chain polls. Votes on Snapshot are weighted by the number of Knights held by the warrior (Token holder) and counted in the active leading chains.
For the Snapshot poll to be created, the submitter shall own at least 10 NFTs. The delegation procedure is explained below. The submitter will need to provide details of the proposal and its final wording, the voting period and snapshot block number are established automatically.
The poll must only have the following options:
► (Yes) In favor of this proposal
► (No) Against this proposal.
Snapshot poll lengths should be set to 5 days by default.
The Snapshot poll shall be linked in the proposal at the Forum.
For proposals to be accepted in this formal stage, there must be one outcome with a relative majority of Knights used for voting on the Snapshot poll accompanied by a yes-voting quorum, depending on the type of the proposal. If the Snapshot poll indicates the result “make no changes” or other adverse effects, the proposal will not be accepted and considered closed.
For a vote to be considered successful, both of the following must be met:
► A minimum quorum of 200 warrior’s votes must be cast;
► A majority of the votes must be (Yes). I am in favor of this proposal.
At this point, the proposal becomes the decision, and the implementation stages follow.
Implementation
After the proposal passes on Snapshot, there is a 24-hour cooldown period during which everybody can dispute the transactions attached to the proposal by placing a double bond. If this is abused, the Kleros Decentralized Arbitration smart contract applies.
Off-chain actions. Some proposals cannot be implemented exclusively through the transaction and may require off-chain measures. These may include involving third-party experts, e.g., conducting audits, lawyers, developers, etc. They may also apply the actions of the Musk Knight Club (DAO) Core Team.
Cancellation
The submitter (Gentleman) may cancel the proposal before the Snapshot poll is created.
Amendments
The submitter (Gentleman) may edit and change the proposal, repeatedly discussed at any time before the Snapshot poll is created.

Sy_montague: Smart contracts are prone to failure, and many projects fall victim to it, costing user funds and discrediting projects. How reliable and secure are your smart contracts? Did you test it with either party?
Alex: Our aim is to Audit our smart contract with Certik and top audit for blockchain to make sure everything going as we plan and securely
Morenoa_1998: How old is Your project? What are the major plans ahead? Could you show to us image of your roadmap?
Alex: Our project is couple of months old! I can say that we are on early stage now. I am happy to share the roadmap below for this year 2022 🙂
